4ኛው ሀገር አቀፍ የክህሎት ውድድር ዛሬ ተጀመረ።May 5, 2025
ዘንድሮ የሚካሄደው 4ኛው ሀገር አቀፍ የክህሎት ውድድር " ብሩህ አዕምሮዎች በክህሎት የበቁ ዜጎች " በሚል ሀሰብ እንደሆነ የሥራና ክህሎት ሚኒስቴር አስታውቋል። መርሃ ግብሩ ከዛሬ ሚያዚያ 27 ቀን እስከ ግንቦታ 2 ቀን 2017 ዓ/ም በሀገር አቀፍ ደረጃ በቴክኒክና ሙያ ኢንስቲትዩት እየተካሄደ ይቆያል። ውድድሩ በክህሎት፣ በቴክኖሎጂና ተግባራዊ ጥናትና ምርምር ዘርፎች ነው የሚካሄደው። በውድድሩም፣ " በሁሉም ክልሎችና በሁለቱም ከተማ አስተዳደሮች በተካሄዱ ተመሳሳይ ውድድሮች አንደኛ ሆነው ያጠናቀቁ የቴክኒክና ሙያ አሰልጣኞችና ሰልጣኞች፣ የኢንተርፕራይዝ ባለቤቶች ይሳተፋሉ " ተብሏል። ለውድድሩ አሸናፊዎች የሜዳሊያ፣ የዋንጫና የገንዘብ ሽልማት ይበረከታል። የውድድሩ ዓላማ የዘርፉን አዲስ እሳቤ መሠረት ያደረገ የአሰልጣኞች፣ የሠልጣኞችና ኢንተርፕራይዝ አንቀሳቃሾች ሙያቸውን እንዲያዳብሩ፣ አቅማቸውን እንዳያሳዩ፣ ቴክኖሎጂችን ባለሃብቶችና ኢንተርፕራይዞች ወደ ምርት አገልግሎት እንዲያሸጋግሩ ጭምር ነው። በ2015 ዓ/ም በ3ኛው ዙር ሀገር አቀፍ የክህሎት ውድድር፣ አዳዲስ ቴክኖሎጂ የፈጠሩ ተወዳዳሪዎች በ2016 ዓ/ም ከ80 በላይ ቴክኖሎጂዎችን እንዳመረቱ ተነግሯል። ፕሮግራሙ በ2017 በጀት ዓመት “ስኪል ኢትዮጵያ” በሚል ስያሜ ቀጥሎ፣ በአሁኑ ጊዜም 180 የሚሆኑ የፕሮግራሙ ተሳታፊዎች አዳዲስ ቴክኖሎጂዎችን አምርተው በማውጣት ሂደት እንደሚገኙ ተመልክቷል። source: ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ

ውድድሩን አስመልክቶ የሥራና ክህሎት ሚኒስትር ክብርት ወ/ሮ ሙፈሪሃት ካሚል መግለጫ ሰጥተዋል፡፡ ክብርት ሚኒስትር በመግለጫቸው እንደተናገሩት ኢትዮጵያ ሁለተኛውን የአርበኝነት ምዕራፍ ጀምራለች፡፡ የክህሎት ልማት ሀገርንና ዜጎችን ተወዳዳሪ የማድረግ ሚናው ከፍተኛ በመሆኑ በዚህ ምዕራፍ ከፍተኛ ሚና ይጫወታል፡፡ ስለሆነም ውድድሩ የጀግኖች አርበኞቻችንን በምንዘክርበት እለት የሚጀመር በመሆኑ ልዩ ትርጉም እንዲኖረው ያደርገዋል ብለዋል፡፡ 4ተኛው ሀገር አቀፍ የክህሎት ውድድር በክህሎት፣ በቴክኖሎጂ እና ዘርፉን የሚያግዙ የተግባራዊ ጥናትና ምርምሮች ከተቋም እስከ ክልል በተደረጉ ውድድሮች ላይ የተለዩ አሸናፊዎች ተሳታፊ የሚሆኑበት እንደሆነም አመላክተዋል፡፡ ከዚህ በፊት የነበሩ ውድድሮች ችግር የመፍታት ውስንነት የነበረባቸውና ከገበያ ጋር ያልተሳሰሩ እንደነበሩ ጠቁመዋል፡፡ ነገር ግን ከ3ተኛው ሀገር አቀፍ ውድድር ጀምሮ ነጥረው የሚወጡ ክህሎቶችና ቴክኖሎጂዎች የማበልጸግና ወደ ምርት የመቀየር ስራ እየተሰራ መሆኑን አብራርተዋል። ካባለፈው የክህሎት ውድድር የተገኙ 81 የሚሆኑ ውጤታማ ቴክኖሎጂዎች ተለይተው በአሁን ወቅት ብዙዎቹ ወደ ብዝሃ ምርት እየተሸጋገሩ ይገኛሉ ብለዋል። የዘንድሮ ውድድር ኢትዮጵያ የዓለም የክህሎት ውድድር በአባልነት መቀላቀሏን ተከትሎ እጅግ በደመቀ መልኩ የሚካሄድ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል። በመሆኑም ዜጎች በውድድሩ ላይ በመገኘነት በቴኪኒክና ሙያ ስልጠና ተቋማት የተመረቱ ቴክኖሎጂዎችን እንዲጎበኙና ተወዳዳሪዎችን እንዲያበረታቱ ጥሪ አቅርበዋል።
Ethiopia Joins world skills as Full MemberApril 28, 2025
Ethiopia has officially joined the Wold Skills as a full member, receiving its membership certificate recently. Minister of Labor and Skills, Muferihat Kamil, announced that Ethiopia is now the 88th country to achieve this status. She emphasized the advantages of membership in World Skills on her social media platforms. According to Minister Muferihat, this membership will facilitate industrial collaborations with various countries and encourage the exchange of knowledge and experiences related to skill development. She highlighted that gaining insights into diverse political, economic, and social frameworks will foster an environment conducive to significant improvements in the skills sector, enabling Ethiopia to align with global standards of excellence in skill training. Samsung announced as Overall Event Presenter for WorldSkills Shanghai 2026April 28, 2025
On 11 April 2025, the WorldSkills community celebrated the announcement that Samsung would be Overall Event Presenter for WorldSkills Shanghai 2026. It is the seventh consecutive time a WorldSkills Competition has benefitted from the global technology giant’s generous support as Overall Event Presenter. The news was announced at a signing ceremony in Shanghai with leaders from Samsung, WorldSkills China, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, WorldSkills Shanghai 2026, and WorldSkills International in front of the Skill Competition Managers and Workshop Managers who will help deliver the 48th WorldSkills Competition. Mr Chanshik Won, Secretary-General of Samsung Skills, Vice President and Centre Leader of Value Innovation Programme Centre, Global Technology Research for Samsung Electronics, spoke at the signing. He said, “It is a great honour and privilege for Samsung to be the Overall Event Presenter for WorldSkills Shanghai 2026 and the Global Premium Partners of WorldSkills International.” He continued, “Samsung will closely cooperate with WorldSkills International and WorldSkills Shanghai 2026 Executive Bureau to prepare and make the WorldSkills Competition in Shanghai a memorable milestone for all. I am certain that it will be a great success!” His words reinforced the incredible partnership that has grown between Samsung and WorldSkills over the last 18 years, since Samsung first became a Global Partner in 2007. Both partners have been able to combine their resources, expertise, and global footprints to help more young people to thrive through skills and increase the overall impact of the skills movement.
